Location, the staff at the reception were extremely nice and helpful.the view from the balcony.the spa.

It is a cosy place, with a great view, near the river. The food was good, the sauna is great and it's close to the Gosausee and Hallstat. Highly recommended.

Great location! Our room has very good view towards the mountains (some rooms are towards parking lot). Good breakfast.

The entire place is cozy and wonderful. My family liked the river view balcony! The food options during Dinner time is exceptional! Breakfast healthy options are quite many and more than enough.

The place indeed is very nice and warm. It is pet friendly and very easy to self check in. It is clean and modern with wooden look and heating in the ground makes this feel like home. You can sit outside in the summer in the shade and enjoy for sure as we were in winter there was snow but still nice to know that you could. It has nice selection of cooking pots and knives.

The design of a whole villa and the room was very cozy, the style is modern and clean with old mountain village details, such as wooden paneling and old skis. It looks even better than the pictures and we loved the idea of seeing the layout plan of the apartment when booking. The utilities were more than sufficient, the apartment had everything one could need - e.g. all of kitchen utensils, coffee maker, dishwasher + detergent, washing machine, drying rack, ironing board, some games for kids etc. Everything was spotless, looking as good as new. Before arrival we got all of the needed information and other tips (on what to visit and where to eat) via special "app". The communication with the property was flawless. We'd love to visit again!

The apartment is beautiful, of a bigger size than expected, and extremely comfortable and modern. It's located in a dreamy village, which is only 5 minutes away from Hallstatt by car. The views you get are simply amazing! The hosts were very helpful with everything, they even offered themselves to buy us the groceries we want a day before. I totally recommend the place, and I hope to visit it soon! ❤️

Best breakfast we’ve ever had at a restaurant. The fruit, eggs, bread and more were fresh and tasty. The staff was very helpful and suggested an amazing place for dinner - Don Pasquale pizzeria it’s about a 11 min walk. The bed, pillows, couch, and room were very comfortable. The balcony had a great view of the river and bridges. We used the gym and sauna - which were great and the sauna was a nice way to unwind and relax. We also went to Katrin which had amazing views and sleds for the kids. We went to the thermal bath nearby which was ok, very crowded so not as relaxing as we had planned for.

No nonsense contactless check-in based on clear guidelines sent to my messages before arrival. Lots of supplementary materials about Bad Ischl and the region. Spacious apartment with pleasant interior. Comfortable beds and a fully furnished kitchen.

Excellent location for a holiday in Salzkammergut. In addition to the clean, spacious room, free parking, helpful staff, good breakfast and dinner, it offers delicious snacks in the afternoon and direct access to Eurothermen.

The apartment was perfect for us as a couple. It was super clean and bright, wonderfully decorated, the kitchen was well stocked and it had great high quality appliances. It even had a cappuccino/expresso maker with milk frother/steamer. Bravo, that was a first! The location was fantastic, just steps away was everything we needed - restaurants, cafes, bakeries, shopping, park, bank, groceries, bus stop. The bed was very comfortable and we slept great. There is a bit of road traffic noise if you sleep with the windows open, but that is to be expected based on the location. It wasn’t a bother for us though. A huge bonus is a wonderful binder the owners have put together with great sights and restaurants around Bad Ischl and the surrounding lake region. The owner will walk you through it and answer any questions. So helpful. The owners are such wonderful people, they were warm, friendly, and very attentive if you need anything. They do a brilliant job of being kind and helpful but not intrusive. They were always available if we had questions or needed anything. A fantastic stay and we will certainly be back and stay here again.

Beautiful apartment, aesthetically gorgeous, nicest staff! Fully equipped apartment with anything you could need. Ideal place for an outdoor enthusiast who also loves to relax. And my kids adored having pet cows in the backyard!

Our room was very spacious, well light and with many outlets. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was fine. We were able to leave to luggage in storage without a problem.

Everything was perfect! Elisabeth was incredibly kind and helpful with anything we needed. The apartment was fully equipped, beautifully maintained, and of a very high standard. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it!
