Very clean , comfortable, well located , helpful staff and nice atmosphere.

The level of detail from the Schuhlöffel , the water bucket in the garage to clean the windshield over to the rubber slippers in the room, bathrobes in a bigger size.... Housekeeping was fast and thorough. Breakfast was fresh and lost of options, incl pancakes, fresh eggs and fruits, big selection of cereals.... Even our Deluxe Suit faced the main Flachau road we weren't bothered at all by any road noise. Friendly staff everywhere. The Ski Lockers are directly next to the parking garage, no need to carry them around. Even fully booked we always could pard int he designated garage.

The apartment was clean, comfortable beds. You can use the hotel facilities which is great, especially the well equipped gym. There is a laundry in the building which you can use for 3.5 Euro

The property is as luxurious as it comes. A beautiful kitchen, lovely living room, great kitchen table that can be used for more than just eating (I used it to work on my laptop a few times as well) as it feels great to sit there. The balcony has that great outdoor smell in combination with the wood odor you only get from these types of places. It's instantly recognizable and braught me back to my childhood memories. The bathroom is great and the sauna is the icing on the cake. Everything is high quality and modern design, combined with some of the classic wooden looks of old school chalets. It's also incredibly clean and nothing feels worn down or out; it's as if it was build yesterday and the towels are brand new. The people running the place are wonderful and will assist you in any way they can and go above & beyond what you can usually expect of any host. When reservations allow, they try to be as flexible as possible. It's an absolutely incredible relaxing and welcoming experience. Wifi wise, I suggest taking a small wifi repeater / travel router & plug it into the kitchen if you want to sit on the balcony a lot. I also suggest a VPN. Besides that, coverage is more than sufficient throughout the entire appartment. It shows how thick the walls are which isolate sound incredibly well. You won't wake your partner up or hear any of the other tenants, its a very welcome feature. I also was able to charge my plugin hybrid continously without any issues which made all our trips on our holiday nearly free gas wise. I just can't recommend this place enough.

Honestly, everything. The apartment is super nice, close to a supermarket, and has a playground and a playroom for kids downstairs. Above all that, the host was super amazing. We will not forget her and return on our next vacation.

Great location, literally one minute walk to the ski slope and ski lift, comfortable beds, big kitchen with enough cutlery. Overall a great place, and the host brought us breads every morning, which was a really nice touch :)

We (family of four, 2 year old and a baby) only stayed for a night and wished we could have stayed longer. The staff is very friendly, the hotel is charming, beautiful pool, brand new playground and awesome breakfast buffet. Charging for e-cars is possible as well. They even added a step stool for our toddler in the bathroom.

We resided in apartment #2 on the first floor. It was an ideal apartment with an excellent location. The apartment was exceptionally clean and the owner was very welcoming and helpful.

Our room was big and clean. The staff is super friendly and happy to help with everything. We will definitely come back!

This is a piece of heaven. We enjoyed every moment. In addition, you can see that they thought about it precisely in every detail in the apartment. The location is perfect and allows you to be close to nature and allows access to the city in a very short distance. I would like to point out that the owner was simply amazing and attentive to all our needs and made the vacation perfect

We had a very pleasant stay! The hosts were friendly, helpful, and polite, which made us feel very welcome. One big plus was the free parking available in the yard – very convenient. During our visit, the weather was mostly rainy, so we spent quite a bit of time indoors. Luckily, the on-site spa was a great way to relax and enjoy our time even when we couldn’t go out. It was definitely a highlight of the stay! Would happily recommend this place, especially if you're looking for a relaxing and friendly atmosphere.
