Good location, spacious rooms and amazing views.

The staff were so accommodating and let me check in super early at 11 am. So nice to be able to freshen up and drop off my bags before heading out to explore. This place is a gem 💎.

The staff was great across the board. Of particular note, the concierge Tomás was amazing. So helpful and personable. He made our trip a total delight. We loved our stay at the Kitzhof resort!

Very attentive staff, always striving to make the guest experience memorable. I particularly liked the breakfast: lots of choice, even though I was focused on the fresh berries and the freshly squeezed juices. The ski room was clean, well kept and well lit. Shuttle to/from the Hahnenkamm gondola was convenient. Our suite had two separate bathrooms. When leaving, the reception spontaneously gave us snacks and bottle water for the road.

The multi-bedroom chalets are phenomenal. This is on top of the incredible amenities available at the property. But most of all, our host Michelle transformed a great experience into a once in a lifetime getaway weekend with friends. After departing the property, our conversations revolved almost entirely around the commitment of our personal host who took care of us from the moment we arrived.

Location location location! Great location! So awesome. Kitchen was stocked and ready to go. Water was hot and had great pressure, very secure and safe building with quality sound barriers & windows. Like how the bedrooms don’t share a wall. Well done!

This is a truly premium-class hostel and, without any exaggeration, the best hostel I have ever stayed in. Nothing else even comes close. With my extensive and well-traveled experience, I can confidently say this is the best hostel of my life. Every detail is thoughtfully done — from the cleanliness and comfort to the overall atmosphere, which feels both elevated and genuinely welcoming. The location is absolutely perfect — ideally situated and incredibly convenient, making the entire stay even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Kristina and Yusuf. They are exceptionally kind, attentive, and truly care about every guest. Their hospitality made my stay not just comfortable, but genuinely outstanding. Brilliant location, really near the gondola and the centre of town for restaurants, shops and bars. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very helpful. Being able to buy a lift pass at reception was great. The boot room was handy for ensuring we didn’t have wet boots. The rooms were spacious, modern and clean with comfortable beds and daily housekeeping. Great having a mini bar and the prices for this were reasonable.

Everything was perfect! The apartment was spacious, clean, in a very quite area also very close to center!

What a treat to stay at this hotel. From the amenities to the interaction I had with the owner. It was all superb. Can’t wait to stay here again.

Friendly staff, comfartable rooms, great location for skiing

Everything was excellent! We had the big apartment at the top floor and it was great. The apartment was equipped with everything, from cutlery, coffee tea to espresso machine, microwave etc. Also placement was great- about 10 minutes walking from the city center and close to the train to take and go skiing. The owners were very nice and accommodated everything for us.

We loved the decorations, the mountaun style furniture, and the coziness of Haus Fini. The location was great too. It was very quite yet close to the old town. The view from the windows was a bonus. There is a little river behind the house and we love the sound of it.

Very confortable and recently renovated. Central location and 5 minutes from bus which takes you in 5 minutes to the main gondola up.

Amazing hotel - great staff, nice utilities inc. spa, pool. Great breakfast options and would also recommend massage on site. Very good location next to ski lift.

Everything was clean. The breakfast was delicious, and all the staff was super friendly. Sadly, one of our suitcases was left behind by SAS (the worse airline), where we took our connecting flight. The ladies at the front desk were helpful by calling the airport and directing us where to rent the ski clothing and equipment.
