Excellent location for our trip to Mt Buller. We booked a family room with the 2 double bunks. Room was comfortable and warm. Kitchen facilities were great. Shower was hot. Great price.

Our stay at High Country was excellent. We arrived late and the owner had organised for our keys to be available for us. Several members of our party got food poisoning on the first night of our stay and the owner was fantastic. Sent us additional cleaning supplies, towels, bin bags etc and even offered to run ino town for us if we needed anything. Will definitely stay again.

Staying here was definitely the right choice! We stayed for a night to rest before heading to Mt Buller, and everything about this place was just perfect. The location is absolutely beautiful with stunning views—and so many kangaroos around, which made it extra special! The room was stylish and fully equipped, from the kitchen to the bathroom. We especially loved the little touches like the board games in the room that made our child so happy, and the TV had plenty of great movies too. We wish we could’ve stayed longer. Next time, we’ll definitely come back for a longer stay to explore the area more!
