Staff at reception were good. The room was very clean.

Large and recently updated rooms, great showers, spotlessly clean, friendly staff and good location. We visit Albury a couple times a year and always stay here and it's consistently good.

It suited all my needs with the facilities in the room and staff only to happy to assist with any additional needs

The cleanliness for Motel room was exceptional!!!!!! I'm not a huge fan of motels but I would have to say this one is making me rethink my thoughts about motels. If you need to stay in Albury, this is the place to go to. Also has a good size pool which we didn't use due to the time we went but was still clean even though it wasn't being used.

This is my fifth stay at Quest, and it is everything you need: clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. The staff are so helpful and friendly. Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Location is near downtown and walking trails on the river. Apartments have their own washer and dryer which is so convenient.
