The staff is gentle, helpful and smart. I travelled with my mother who is 92 years of age and had a difficult mobility issue. The customer service was great and helpful finding a room fitting a weak chair, spacious, and safe for our stay. The breakfast is rich offering great variety of fruits, breads, cakes, good coffee and juices. The room was very clean and fixed every day. The swimming pool area is delightful and the location of the hotel is the top of everything that I expected.
