My wife, mother and I got the double bed room. It looked out onto the ocean so we watched a beautiful sunset from the room. The room was recently renovated, very clean, and had little thoughtful touches like earplugs (we didn't need them) and milk and cream for coffee (that was also available in the room). Breakfast was pretty standard, but it was served quickly and promptly at 7:30.

Laurie's Inn is located in the Acadian village of Chéticamp. Free WiFi is available. Each room at Laurie’s Motor Inn is equipped with heating, air conditioning and a ceiling fan.

Used this as a resting ground after many days driving and exploring Cape Breton. The bed is so comfortable, lovely view of the lake with the geese in it, and the staff super friendly. The coffee was good too!
