Dear Sir/Madam, I have stayed there several times before and can confidently say that it was a real pleasure. The main reason would be the personal attention to your staff. I like to take a moment to add a special thank you to Igor for his personal attention and support during our stay. Originally, I had a room with poor lighting, which also smelled like someone had smoked in it. Igor made sure to quickly find me another room which was appreciated. Additionally, he helped me and my other colleagues with hotel services, directions and other local information about our stay and nearby attractions. He was very attentive, spoke perfect English and was easy to communicate with. It certainly made our stay very comfortable. Great location, on the back of the river will a great view of the two rivers, also close to the big park and to an old style shopping/ dinning area. Staff and facility great.

It's the perfect place to stay. Services is 👍. Quite and feeling peace while sleeping without any noise. The hotel are also near to the underground train station with only 300m walking distance. All attractions is nearby.
