Our stay was lovely. It was clean and had wonderful amenities, just like an apartment. The store and cafe below were very pleasant and yummy. Access after hours was easy. We would stay there again.

Wonderful place, friendly owner, good breakfast. Very good restaurant. Very quiet and clear. We used it for one night several times in past years and are coming always again.

Great location at one end of the old town - nice, easy walk to main square, and then attractions. Lodging is run but the Catholic Arcdiocese of Passau so you are in a monastery-like setting: spartan room, iconography. Quiet. Nice feature was the chapel in the complex, dating to the 15th century but updated over time. I was told by a shopkeeper that hotel rates in the old toepwn are high and that this is a good value.
