This was a fabulous stop along our ride down Via Verde de Ojos Negros! (Ps- we didn’t realize, but there’s a marked path right off the trail to the hotel) The food was so delicious - quite fancy and we loved how they incorporated the truffle harvested just outside! Everything was comfortable and clean. He gave us a rec for a nice detour too. Highly recommend.

After staying in large congested cities, it was a perfect retreat in the flat plains of Aragon! The restaurant was great wood grilled foods until 12am!
