A cozy hotel with modern rooms, the sea views and the bathtub in the room were amazing. Great for a romantic getaway for two. The staff is really friendly and the breakfast was great with fresh fruit, croissants, yogurt and tostadas, served with fresh juice. Amazing!

Clean rooms, excellent restaurant both on the property and at surrounding hotels. Right on the beach – which was amazing. Close to the port for sunset catamaran tour. Safe & clean, excellent friendly staff, would definitely return!

Great location and super friendly staff! The beds were very comfortable, the breakfast was excellent (Kata was super firendly and made great omlets). Parking was easy allowing for easy in/out access in a very busy part of town. The spa was small, but the massage services were super! We would definitely stay here again- and we have stayed before at the much larger hotel nearby called Las Arenas.

Beautiful and safe Apartment inside a beautifully green area with an amazing pool . 10 minutes walk to a sandy beach 🌺🌼🌸Kitchen is very well equipped . Parking is free and Laundry and Dish washer are both available.

This apartment had everything we needed to be comfortable and to enjoy the beach. We especially liked the host Christina who was very responsive, helpful, and accommodating. Patacona is a beautiful beach area with lots to do and this apartment is perfectly located a very short walk to the beach. It's also a short cab ride into central Valencia and has easy access to the bus outside the building. The balcony had amazing views of the ocean and the mountains. We would defiantly recommend this place to our friends and family.

We had a fantastic experience at this apartment. Daniel was a very accommodating and thoughtful host—he clearly cares about making his guests feel welcome. The kitchen was impressively well-stocked, especially with spices and essentials, which made cooking a breeze. The beds were super comfortable, and the whole place felt clean and inviting. The location in Patacona is unbeatable—just one block from the beach and close to great restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores. The area itself is stunning, peaceful, and full of charm. We loved our time here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommended!

The apartment was excellent has everything you need. The location is perfect very close to the beach and great restaurant, The facility has a great swimming pool. The owner of the apartment was very nice and accommodating. Great place for a family with kids and older.
