Everything was perfect. Nice building, fantastic view at the town. Big rooms. Delicious breakfast and dinner in the restaurant.

Location is perfect. In the heart of old city and close to attractions, shops and restaurants. Also good underground parking is a plus.

A first class experience staying at this hotel which is very close to the railway station.

Breakfast and dinner were wonderful. I needed help because my husband was in a hospital nearby and I couldn’t speak the language. William and Lola were so helpful and answered so many of my questions.

Sheets were like cream, so soft. The shower and bath were hot. The towels were fresh and fluffy The spa/pool was amazing. The breakfast covered all bases.

The two guys at reception were super friendly. We arrived early and wanted to check in early as we had travelled overnight. The lady was unhelpful, but the two guys were so friendly and allowed us to check in at 12 midday, once he heard we were from Ireland i think Yassine was one of the guys name

Great location. Within walking distance of river walk & old town. Spacious, secure parking on site for reasonable rate. Room & common areas very clean. Comfortable bed. Plenty of space in room. Breakfast very good with cold & hot options available.

The room and secure parking were awesome. We asked the desk lady several questions and she was extremely friendly and answered all of our questions and even added suggestions which was awesome.

Very nice hotel just few minutes away from Rouen by bus (bus stop is couple of minutes walk from the hotel). The staff was very nice, the room very comfortable. And an amazing breakfast! I highly recommend to avoid the hassle of parking in downtown Rouen. The hotel has a secured parking for only 8 euros a night.

Breakfast was good, staff was great. Room was really great, enough space to work during a week. Room is also very quiet. Wifi is OK.

Super comfortable, modern hotel and a great stay overall. We arrived quite late and had some local cheeses with us, but no time to buy a baguette. The team at reception went above and beyond and prepared a fresh hot baguette for us within 20 minutes. It was the perfect ending to the day, enjoying our cheeses with warm bread. Wonderful service, lovely staff, and a great location – only about a 20-minute walk from the city center. Highly recommended!
