Excellent staying! Peaceful place, very kind people, excellent breakfast.

We loved the breakfast. We are Americans though and we are used to a little more hearty meat at breakfast but there was still a really great selection. The breads and butter were amazing. We are still dreaming of the brioche and jams. The juice was delicious. I appreciated the hard boiled eggs and that there was enough food offered to feel that you could eat all that you wanted with plenty to share for the other hotel guests. It was all very beautifully and festively displayed as well. The man at the front desk was so welcoming and thoughtful. I wanted to film some of the hotel for my mother, who has always dreamed of coming to France. He made sure all the twinkle lights were on for the video and pictures. The cleaning staff were so thoughtful and kind. I genuinely believe this hotel staff should be the representatives of France. They were so welcoming and kind!

A hotel with a limited number of rooms, located halfway between the beautiful Alsace villages, a very clean hotel, charming and very helpful staff, the breakfast is very tasty, includes everything you need - excellent croissants, brioche bread, muesli, cheeses and cold cuts, eggs and more. The hotel has a pool, a dry and wet sauna an for a massage. - A beautiful hotel!

Close your eyes and imagine an idyllic place nestled in vineyards overlooking a charming Alsatian village where the church bells ring out the hours of the day -- this is Hotel Val-Vignes. The staff are incredibly friendly and highly professional. The rooms spacious, clean, and comfortable. The Table de Val-Vignes is offers outstanding food , drinks., and service. The morning breakfast is excellent. The view from the hotel patio is breath-taking. It is a short walk down to the lovely village of Saint Hippolyte. And be sure to take a walk in the nearby vineyards -- incredible views. Long uphill hike or short but tortuous drive up to the castle of Haut-Koenigsbourg but worth the visit.

Beautiful apartment with all you could need: kitchen fully equipped, large comfortable bedroom, nice little table outside the door in a beautiful inner courtyard. Good private parking. A quiet location, the morning bakery's fresh bread a couple of mins walk, the vineyards just outside the village with the Haut-Koenigsbourg in view. A very nice owner, so just a Great place to stay where we would go again! Highly recommended.

Lovely family run hotel in the charming village of Bergheim in the center of the wine valleys of Alsace. Good spacious apartment and a lovely restaurant with delicious breakfast. Available parking in the yard - which is a rarity in those villages. The owners are among the friendliest we’ve met. We will certainly come again!

Location, amazing dinner experience with traditional food and good wine.

This is in a lovely little mountain village, not far from many activities & after a day of exploring you can relax in the spa and/or enjoy a fine dinner at the same property. The breakfast is well done too, with a good traditional variety of offerings, an espresso machine and fresh tea to create your preferred strength and flavor.

Immaculately presented modern business type hotel. We were travelling down to Italy so for us the position near the autoroute was very convenient. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant presented to us by efficient yet friendly staff. Would stay again, maybe next time for a couple of night's. The breakfast was perfect with sparkling local wine available on a Sunday morning. We made a bucks fizz with ours from the quality orange juice. Hot and cold option's available with great coffee.

Apartment was clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable and bathroom and WC were clean and nicely sized. Good location for hiking to the 3 castles and around the area.
