This is much better than the description and the photos. I highly recommend this gem.

The Crown Hotel is a charming inn and our room was very nice and comfortable. It was so much better than a standard hotel at the airport and only took is 20 minutes to get to the car rental return at LHR. Staff is very friendly and professional.

Great location, good value, a well thought out hotel.

The room was spacious, comfortable, well equipped and tastefully decorated. Drinks and snacks in the room was a nice touch. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Pub downstairs was a bonus. Late check out was accommodated.

Everything especially the comfortable bed best night sleep in 10 years !

We upgraded to the comfy king river view. It was wonderful. It was comfy and quiet. It had a well stocked mini bar, water, coffee and tea were free. The room was large with plenty of space. I love the night light in the bathroom Every hotel should have this feature, no waking up your spouse with a light blazing in the middle of the night. Brilliant!

Beautiful property festive and charming decorations

The breakfast was perfectly English, well cooked and beautifully presented. The location is very good and rooms really comfortable. David and Helen were the best hosts we could have dreamed of. The helpfulness and great advice were more than expected, Chip and Cocoa were very fun, we enjoyed the entertaining stories, and we felt like family! Can’t wait to return!💕
