Wonderful experience at this hotel. Staff are professional and friendly. Rana checked in for me with a warm welcome. He did provide quick response in a professional manner for fixing a couple of room's issues. And Hilda from the restaurant is also very nice and helpful with a sweet smile. It’s an amazing place. Always feels like home. Everything is within reach and the staff are always ready and willing to help. Breakfast is perfect and you get access to everything you need. You just have to ask!

Staff are superbly friendly, professional and always a pleasure to stay here. They remember I am a repeat customer and the rooms are always spotless.

Good strategic destination, near to underground tube and many convenient stores and food places. Very clean, with microwave and fridge in the room.

The room was fit for purpose, comfortable. Great for a one night stay if you are attending Twickenham. Alex at reception was a gent, very helpful and friendly.

Receptionist and cleaners are quite friendly. I will definitely book next time with them.

Excellent Staff. Great service. Easy to come in and out with a Lobby full of fun stuff like bar, supermarket and food menus.

I had a wonderful experience. The room was clean and quiet, the staff super friendly, and the breakfast was delicious (everything for an authentic english breakfast, fruit, pastry, drinks, etc.)

The whole apartment was exceptional honestly such a nice and modern apartment but with a cozy feel nice balcony, towels were provided the beds were comfortable everything was amazing and the person we met that checked us in was a very nice person and easy going and very attentive I'd recommend this place if your ever staying in the area it beats a hotel any day especially as a 4 person stay
