Excellent place. Very clean. Beautiful location.

We liked very much the cleanliness, the pool, and the interior design of the property. The owners were available every time we needed them. Definitely we will visit it again.

How to begin…. I am pretty open to different ways of doing things. After all, I am an expat myself and have traveled the world. I was going to give a strong review, because I usually am able to look passed the negative, but because of the way we were treated at check out, this place deserves less than a 1! When we arrived, there was a sketchy note in an envelope left on the counter (see picture) requesting 8 € based on a 2024 policy. I figured it was really old or used for their cross-listing on another home-stay company. Plus we believe that we already paid the 8 € tourist tax (see screenshot)!!! I ignored it. We went about our stay. The first day, they asked for my passport number. That evening, I inquired why this was necessary, because they had not asked for it in our accommodations in Petra. They stated it was policy and so I then sent my number, as I have been asked to do this in other countries. I did not have cell service outside the apartment, so I did not provide it right away. But it’s seems to me that it is reasonable to ask why someone wants an important piece of identity information. We were only there less than 24 hours. Before I get to check out, there are other unfortunate notes about the place. The place was a hike from the ferry and bus stop. A lot of up hill. It was ok for a 1 night stay before catching the ferry. But don’t intend to stay here if you are walking with a lot of luggage. Soon after our arrival, I was looking forward to a nice latte. The machine was broken. The place was cleaned at the surface only. For example, the kitchen sink was dirty. The French press needed a vinegar soak. The drapes and blankets over the furniture needed a cleaning.

Absolutely everything. And i am not exaggerating. Having spent 1/3 of my life staying in various hotels around the globe, this is one of the few i count in one hand that ticks all the boxes. From the facilities, to the location, the staff, all the way up to the owner!

The employees were very friendly, caring and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool is small but very clean. The location of the rooms is good, I think most rooms have sea and pool views. I ate from the snack bar and it was delicious. Everything was perfect.

Buffet breakfast is really good with lots of options. Location is very convenient and 1-2 mins from airport. Always nice having a seaview room.
