This is one of the best hotels I have ever been. The staff was so courteous and friendly, always happy to help the customer. One should learn customer centricity from this place. The room was excellent, and the food was exquisite. They gave so much attention to detail like decorating the room, leaving handwritten notes and making my stay comfortable. I congratulate the whole team for putting this experience together.

Great location. Very close to places of interest and hence easy to commute. Clean room and toilet with superior quality toiletries. Mattress, Bedsheets and Towels - all neat and clean. Excellent breakfast spread. Very polite and friendly staff. Overall a great experience for the whole family and definitely worth recommending.

The breakfast was phenominal as was the service. Really appreciated Ipshita at the front desk helping us on multiple occasion.

The breakfast spread was simply amazing. The sheer variety and the outstanding taste of every dish left a lasting impression. From local specialties to international favorites, the culinary team truly excelled. The attention to detail in presentation and preparation was evident and greatly appreciated. The location is great. The hotel staff is courteous and there is no drama unlike other hotels.

The location was very good, walking distance to shopping on Commercial St, Brigade Road and MGRoad and backing onto Church St. The metro station is close by too. There are plenty of restaurants and pubs on Church St and Brigade road. The food in the restaurant on the 13 th floor was good and you can order room service from the restaurant. The staff were very helpful and kind.

The Room was kept clean and the employees were amazing, always ready to help and always with serve with a smile.

Hotel is brand new. Its on the main road so lots of places to eat and shop. Easy to get Uber and tuktuk. It has elevator. Hot water all the time. Very comfortable bed. Crisp white bed sheets and towels. Very nice staff. Hotel is 10 out of 10. Don't hesitate to book this beautiful hotel.

Facilities are more as such resturant available,meeting hall available and spacious rooms and reception lounge very spacious with two lift operating.room view also good.
