I recently stayed at this fantastic hotel, and it exceeded all my expectations! It's new and beautifully designed, showcasing the high standards of the Taj group. However, what really made our stay memorable was the incredible staff. From the friendly security guard to the efficient front desk team, every member went out of their way to ensure we had a wonderful experience. They were attentive, accommodating, and always ready to help with a smile, making our visit truly enjoyable. Overall, the combination of a lovely environment and exceptional service made our stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great experience!

Beautiful location and pleasant stay The beachfront bungalow’s location is absolutely worth it — right by a clean and quiet beach. The staff were kind and helpful, everything was clean and well maintained, and the facilities were great. It was a very pleasant stay overall. The Indian food was delicious and much better than the Western dishes. The resort is divided into two parts: the beachfront area with bungalows and a restaurant, and the “Art Village” section with the pool and another restaurant. It’s not the most convenient setup, as you have to walk a few minutes to reach the pool, but it’s not a big deal. Luckily they re-opened the beach front restaurant on the day we checked-in, which made a big difference.

The best part of our stay was the friendly and helpful staff. At breakfast, at reception, in housekeeping. Lovely service.

When it comes to Prafulla, where do you start about what you like? 🤔 I took a bus from North Goa to Karwar and missed my stop, but Pritesh, who offered to pick me up at the original stop, had no problem picking me up at the next stop. He treated me with care and attention from that moment on. The location is picture-perfect—two bungalows right off a beautiful beach in a fisherman's village. If you are looking for a party beach town with plenty to see and do, this is not it. Prafulla is for those explorers in search of serenity. The beach is yours, with a few village kids playing cricket and ladies taking their sunset walk in their colorful sarees.🥻 The water is clear, warm, and shallow enough for kids to play without worrying about deep water pockets like in North Goa. The bungalows, 10 steps from the beach, are nothing fancy, but they give you the island charm feeling. You have hot water, a mosquito net, and a strong fan, but with the island breeze and the sounds of the crashing waves, the fan is a distraction. There is a separate kitchen if you want to cook or place stuff in the refrigerator, a washer machine, and free wifi. Best of all, Poonam, Pritesh's wife, cooks authentic regional foods if you prefer not to cook yourself for an incredibly affordable price. It would cost you more to buy it yourself and make it. I sent photos of my dishes to Pritesh to add to his link. As for the staff, his mother, brother, and other family members are at your service. Pritesh also offers tips on places to see, and if you would like to go out to sea or have him as a guide, that too can be arranged, again at a very affordable fee. Prafulla is what Goa was before the hotels and tourists took over. Again, this is a quiet place with a very laid-back attitude. I spent my mornings slow, worked in the afternoon on my computer, swam, then watched the sunset before dinner with occasional trips to other beaches and markets. Parulla is Island Living.

Excellent service , food & views

The buffet spread was a delightful blend of global and local flavors. The freshness of the ingredients was evident, and the live counters added an interactive charm to the experience. Whether it was the flaky pastries, perfectly brewed coffee, or the made-to-order omelets, every bite reflected the high standards of a five-star dining experience. It was a luxurious and satisfying start to the day, leaving us both nourished and impressed. The swimming pool was neat, clean and up to mark in safety measures. The Kids play area have bunch of options to entertain kids of all ages. I am delighted with property, its location near cool, clam Cavelossim beach. The walk to beach is just 2 min and they have e-buggy for guests if required. Overall it's one of the finest stay we had in years.
