One out of two available in a whole city with great ratings and quite cheap. It turned out to be a great - new facility with parking and an extraordinary breakfast . Staff was very helpful

This was one of the best bookings we ever had. The owners were extremly polite and helpful, the room was very nice, the breakfast was fresh and amazing. Our kid was free to run outside, it was quiet and peaceful. Thank you so much!

What a lovely experience. The room was very clean and comfortable with two pillows per person, hot water in the shower, organic toiletries provided. The staff was exceptional. We went to the living room for a wine tasting and stayed for a few hours. The prosecco was especially great, though we enjoyed all the wines. We also enjoyed a Panna cotta with some grappa. We had to leave early for a flight in the morning so the staff prepared a breakfast to go for me the night before. As someone with a gluten and nut allergy, traveling can be a challenge. The staff was so nice and double checked with me on the ingredients to make sure i wouldn't go hungry. Very much appreciated as our plane ended up delayed and my generous breakfast was all i had for lunch as well. This stay was so much better than being at a hotel. Had everything you need but with the added bonus of feeling like you were taken into someone's home. The hospitality was more than i expected. This winery deserves all the 5 star reviews and i would gladly stay again!

We’re on a cycling trip, and the location between Grado and Caorle was perfect. The people could not have been more friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was really great! We also had dinner there, which was delicious and plentiful, for a great price!

Very comfortable rooms, nice restaurant with a really pleasant wine and daily specials. Staff is super welcoming! And it’s 20 min drive from the beach ;)

Very nice and welcoming staff, interesting renovated building and the location itself with surrounding vineyards, the well-cared swimming pool is life-saving in the summer heat!

The place is very beautiful and has a unique atmosphere. They produce their own delicious beer. The owner is very friendly, caring and helpful. There is all what you need! Will definitely stay there again if travel to this region.

A good option to spend few days in the area. A fair breakfast, good wi-fi. Great room service staff.
