Great location, easy parking clean room and facilities

The owners were exceptionally welcoming, and the location right by the sea was perfect. The delightful ambiance and cozy atmosphere make it a highly recommended stay.

Fantastic staff, very friendly, close to the beach, good italian food (no Mc Donalds menu), safe parking in the backyard. 10 stars for everything.

The proximity to the beach was ideal for us. We didn't use the pool as the children loved the beach. The room was lovely and clean, could've done with a couple of plastic cups in there as we like a glass of wine, when the children are asleep.

The hotel's location is wonderful, the staff were very polite and helpful, and it's the best value for this hotel.

The location and the welcoming of the front desk

A gorgeous little hotel located in a stellar are of Italy. The little town of Santarcangelo is an actual living town, rather than just a place for tourists to go. Beautiful vineyard views from the room, great shower pressure, and nice staff. Solid spot.

What a beautiful property & gardens. We felt so relaxed here and wish we stayed longer than a one night stop- over. The staff were all so welcoming & friendly. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the gardens. The spa and shower were a special touch.

Top value for the price, staff excellent and helpful. Room super clean, comfortable, balcony made it a big plus. Breakfast & coffee great. Free parking in front of hotel. Great place for business trip. Thanks a lot to the Team

the apartment is in great location with a walking distance from the beach and a mini market is nearby. the staff they were very friendly and polite. not far from the city center. i recommend this place. we enjoyed our stay at this place. thank you cima residence.😍
