The apartment and Giuseppe, the host - were exceptional! Giuseppe exceeded my expectations. He was intuitive to our every need. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and a great communicator. In a very friendly/warm way, he let us know all the important details about parking, local attractions, restaurants, museums, stores etc. He met us and physically helped with our bags, and gave us a very warm welcome with kindness, information, and scrumptious treats! He even went out of his way to help me with a special request that took his extra time and effort! The apartment was well decorated and had a special romantic appeal - it was very comfortable and perfectly clean. He showed us details about everything in the place. Our stay was flawless thanks to fantastic accommodations - and a superb host. I am so glad we chose VenuSuite Venosa, I cannot say enough about our great experience here. It was the best place we stayed in our month long trip! I highly recommend this place for comfort, friendliness, ease and value! Great job Giuseppe, and thank You. I would love to come back for a longer stay!

The breakfast was excellent and the staff very helpful. They were able to communicate with us in English and helpful in storng our bicycle.

We felt like we were in a home luxury spa. We enjoyed your engaging conversations, delicious breakfasts homemade cakes with their honey products, comfortable and clean room, spa amenities, private parking all in such a warm, calming environment, we enjoyed the peaceful setting, stunning view of Mount Vulture, Ripacandida, Rionero, Melfi, and comfortable, fantastic, excellent service, thank you.
