The location was nice however because of late snow we were unable to get out and about and enjoy the property.

Remarkable! Second time in Kofu, and this stay was absolutely wonderful! 10 mins taxi ride from Kofu JR station or 30 mins walk from the station. We reserved a spacious room suitable for eight occupants, despite only being two of us; it was entirely worthwhile! Very spacious, it's got an entrance area that can fit 4–5 suitcases. Please try their soba noodle restaurant; we had amazing dinners and breakfasts for two days! Day 1 breakfasts was traditional Japanese breakfasts with grilled fish and rice; we requested more Western style for the next day, both amazing! There's an extra small fee for using the onsen, please enjoy that too, you won't regret it! A really relaxing and quiet place even with an inner yard. We were so grateful!!
