This place simply exceed all expectations. The staff members, the cleanliness, the rooms, the restaurant and the cafe and all the little attentions are simply amazing. Location is perfect to reach central Tokyo and HND airport easily.

The onsen in the hotel was superb!

Room is clean, staff are nice, station is nearby. It was bigger room than I expected so there’s enough space to open big suitcase which was really helpful.

Excellent hotel. Lovely staff and convenient location for early morning flight from Haneda (not on the free JR train line but only 220 yen on the local train). Free buffet and excellent choice of books. Clean room that was large and comfortable. Good amenities, good size bathroom

Less than two minutes walk from the nearest train station. Great facilities with self service laundry, lockers, vending machines and a really good breakfast spread.

So clean, just 5 mins walk to Keikyu Kamata train stn, the lovely staffs, safety of the area and so many restaurants around there.

The room, the location, the ambience everything met our expectation. The rooms were very neat, clean and tidy. The nearby area was also good. Overall great experience at Tmark City Hotel Tokyo Omori.

Location right next to the train station, easy to reach Haneda airport and city center. Room was very comfortable, the shower was amazing. We were able to leave our luggage at the reception before check in and also after checking out until we had our flight. The staff were very friendly. A great choice if you want to stay outside the busy city centre.
