The apartment was spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay—including a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, iron, and more. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and guaranteed a good night’s sleep after exploring Dakhla. Breakfast each morning was a highlight, with a variety of delicious options for every taste, including fresh juices that were absolutely delightful. The location is excellent, offering easy access to the city and complimentary airport transfers that made my travel stress-free. The staff consistently went above and beyond, especially Hafid the driver and Outmane at reception, ensuring every detail of my stay was perfect. My family’s experience was equally positive, with thoughtful touches and friendly service throughout. The apartments are ideal for both solo travelers and families, providing comfort, convenience, and exceptional hospitality. Whether it’s the attention to detail, the cleanliness, or the outstanding service, Hotel America Apartments stands out as one of the best places to stay in Dakhla. Although one tour arranged by the hotel did not meet expectations, every other aspect of the stay more than made up for it. I gladly rate my experience a 10/10 and highly recommend Hotel America Apartments to anyone seeking a memorable and delightful stay in Dakhla. Friendly staff, location, cleanliness, breakfast , airport shuttle

We found the staff here truly helpful and friendly! And we even got to meet the owner, who was so welcoming and seems to truly have a vision about welcoming people to her hotel and to Dakhla. The kindness of the staff really helped us to relax and enjoy our stay. The view from the rooms with the balconies is so lovely as well! The breakfast was lovely- a wide array of fresh made pastries, fresh egg options, great coffee. Also, the staff was so friendly and very proactive in taking care of our needs!
