Accessible Hotels in Isla Mujeres

This was our second year staying at the property. We love the proximity to HIdalgo and the fact that you are beachfront. The staff is super-friendly and helpful. We will be back next year!!

We were a family with two teen agers who had the pleasure of staying Ixchel beach hotel and our stay was a great experience. The staff is extremely accommodating and friendly and the beaches are the best on the island. We felt very safe the entire time we were there and will definitely be going back with family in the future. The hotel and amenities services are excellent. Beach service is also great. Hope we get back again.

I liked everything! 10/10 The welcoming, service, beautiful property, so many sweet peaceful quiet area to enjoy and relax. Great activities,/parties, loved their spa! great restaurants with accommodation based of their clients needs. Basically you don't want to leave the property for nothing else. Also their is no needs you have everything in place. I had a hard time leaving....can't wait to come again!

Nice big clean room, ocean view, great staff, well out of the mayhem of crowded central town, included breakfast at Loretta's Beach Club exceeded expectations (full menu order vitually anything, a couple high end exclusions), the beach club was relaxing (not the type with all day music DJ), to use umbrella beach chairs did require minimum daily spend on meals or beverages.

The staff were amazing The hotel was small clean and in the perfect location The restaurant, owned by Robert. Is fantastic Loved our little happy hours watching the sunset and Brian makes one great Bloody Mary!

Location was excellent. Within a five minute walk to best two beaches on the Island. Great restaurants within 2-3 minute walk. Very laid back and peaceful place to stay.

It was very close to the downtown area we walked there all the time that we were there very nice and clean very comfortable

The view is beyond description. More than 180 degrees of ocean. You can see sunrise out your bedroom window and sunset from the back balconies or the rooftop. The restaurant downstairs is great and so is the live music played outside your window in the evenings! The pools were very clean both on the road level and on the rooftop! The place is big and clean and the host was very responsive. We loved every minute and would go back again!

Absolutely beautiful view, peaceful and quiet location, spacious apartment with large rooms and bathrooms, and comfortable beds. And Marco (manager) is very helpful and quick to respond to emails/texts ~ great experience.

The house is truly wonderful and provided exactly what we hoped it would - plenty of space for six of us to be together but also have room to be apart. The highlight is the pool which we spent lots of time in! Jesus the house manager was terrific and helpful.

Just returned from a five night stay at the new Majestic Mirage resort in Costa Mujeres. I have been to the sister resort, Majestic Elegance, three times, so I thought I’d try the new one for a change. The property is beautiful. It’s a mirror image of Elegance, with architecture and landscaping. There are some rough edges that need to be smoothed out, but all in all, it’s a comfortable place for a relaxing vacation. For example, there is no signage at the restaurants, making it very easy to miss the entrance to any one of the options. Also, there are no printed menus, so you must bring your phone to scan the QR code to download menu choices. Nothing earth shattering, just little issues that will likely be resolved soon. Check-in was a breeze. It took less than 20 minutes to complete the process. The front desk people are friendly and professional. All I needed was to present my passport and credit card. Then, I was introduced to my butler, Val. Val is a wonderful young lady who seems to know everything about this resort and how it all works. It was a real pleasure to have her help me throughout my stay, making my holiday more fun and worry free. She helped schedule my spa day, taking care of all the details. It was a worry free, incredible experience. She also provided assistance when my return flight was rescheduled and I had to change the pick up time by my taxi. I couldn’t have done it without her help. She is truly a valuable asset to Majestic Mirage and a wonderful person to talk with! I had an oceanfront suite in the Mirage Club section of the resort. These are lovely, spacious rooms with breathtaking views of the beach and ocean. Truly an awesome experience. Housekeeping was impeccable. Their attention to detail in keeping my room clean and tidy was impressive. Everything was always in its place, easy to find. I needed extra coffee, so all I did was ask, and it was delivered in a flash! The beach is beautiful. Every morning, they have a tractor that scoops

everything was perfect. It was clean, beautiful grounds& rooms , the restaurants had excellent food for an all inclusive, and the drinks were great too. you pretty much could ask for anything and they would make it if you have favourite liquor. We were there for 10 days and never got tired of any of the food or restaurant or bar or pools. There were so many options and the beaches were amazing beautiful white sand you could walk forever .. best beaches that we have been to in Cancun so far We walked 10,000 steps a day. It was beautiful .

Very clean, the food was excellent. From the buffet to the special restaurants., Unlimited drinks, everything was good.

Property has well furnished with kitchen and very close to the beach. Owners live close by are very nice and very helpful and welcoming. Patrick is biker as well and was glad to show the bikes to our kids to their happiness :).
