We liked the room! It's bright.. The pool was really nice for my kids. They also have a kids area. Breakfast buffet was abundant! All the staff were helpful and friendly. From the security, concierge, reception, f&b staff, housekeeping and kichen department! Everyone has shown us wonderful experience during our stay.. I kindly asked for packed breakfast meals for 4 of us at the reception, since we were checking out super early. The kitchen staff delightly offered us 3 packs of breads and pastries and rice meal for me. Room service delivered it at the lobby before we checked out.

My room was good for 3 even if I was alone for a very good rate. Bed and pillows were super comfy. Wifi works great. The room is equipped with a kitchenette. You can ask the menu sent up to your room (wish there was one in the room provided too) and the food was good! Massage is available for a great price available for 24hrs but my friend said he didn’t have the service menu in his room (would’ve been helpful too). Wish I stayed longer but will definitely stay here again next time ☺️

Accommodating staff, clean and cold room

The room well arrange, comfy bed, clean linens, conveniently located within all commercial establishments. The main take away were the very courteous, friendly and supportive staffs - excellent management.

Comfy rooms, layouts. Good size of bathroom. Near the airport, good for night stop. Near SM with variety of restaurants and shops.

Always some DJ or something happening on the 7th floor..pool on first and rooftop was clean and in good condition.. location about 15 walk to both shopping center and pubs

Room was nice and large. Staff was nice and helpful. Location great for Red Street and other bars, short walk to SM City and short trike ride to Korea Town.
