My stay at Palacium Charming Suites was absolutely perfect. The service was excellent from the moment I arrived. All the staff were friendly and attentive, and I want to give a special mention to Ricardo, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of great options. My room was beautiful, very clean, and extremely comfortable. The bathroom and the bed were amazing — truly a 10/10 experience. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was abundant. The hotel was clean, well-maintained and a cheerful place to stay in a beautiful historic town. I would highly recommend Hotel Rota Malhoa!

Customer service was great, it helped that we spoke a little Portuguese, but if you don’t google translate or translate app will work great because everyone was there to help us with everything. Rooms were super clean, great shower and beds very comfortable. I wish I had arranged for spa services, it is the perfect rest stop. Pool looked so great, but we arrived to late to jump in, but clean and inviting on a hot day. We were only there one night visiting nearby where my parents grew up, but I was surprised to see that there was more to do there. Few minutes to Centre of Portugal - Serra da Melriça; beautiful views of area and worth a stop. Everyone was so nice here.
