Accessible Hotels in Sibiu

I love this hotel. I have a back injury, and the bed will make or break a trip. I worry about it when I travel. After arriving and visiting my room, I was very concerned that the bed was too hard. I reported this to the front desk, who called Alessandro. He immediately went out and bought a high quality mattress topper and brought it to the room. The location couldn't be better. The hotel faces the piata. There are many restaurants and bars nearby. The Starbucks is next door. I adore the Romanian hospitality and will certainly stay here again when I return to Sibiu.

I did not buy, but cook breakfast at the kitchen and eat at the restaurant. It was an exceptionally fantastic experience. I was allowed to use all the kitchen facilities.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff at this hotel. The level of personal attention and care was the best I’ve experienced. They helped with everything from accommodating us with dinner for a very late check-in, to helping us decide itinerary adjustments and dinner recommendations in Sibiu. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and the food is exceptional. They have all the little touches like lotion, shampoo , conditioner, body gel and more that just elevate your experience. The sauna and pool are wonderful. The town is beautiful. Special thanks to Max and Mario for making our stay extra special!

The host was exceptionally accommodating and very responsive, even picking us up from the train station and offering plenty of helpful advice throughout our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this cozy apartment, which is perfect for three people. Its convenient location is within walking distance of the main attractions. Additionally, there is a parking lot right outside where you can park for the entire day for just 2 euros.

Very central, clean, tidy, easy access, good communication, walking distance to museums and cathedrals, ground floor studio.

Great location right next to Big square. Can walk anywhere from here. Comfortable bed. Host communicates well and ahead of time. Bed is nice.

A good hotel to stay in and hold conferences, large rooms, comfortable beds, very good breakfast, the reception staff is very courteous and quickly handled our every request.

The breakfast was really nice and plentiful with hot and cold choices. There is an elevator from the underground parking garage to the rooms which was great. So very easy to get to the rooms with luggage. Wonderful, helpful staff and very pleasant owner. Will stay next time we are in Sibiu.

This is our second stay at the property. Really simple and fast check-in. Room was clean and spacious. There is private parking on site. Couldn't ask for more. Definitely recommend when visiting Sibiu.

The property is located exactly in the city center and it’s super close to the most important points of the city (like 5 minutes by walk to the Main Square). The apartment is super quiet, clean and very pretty. I liked the private entrance, the accessibility and the kindness of miss Violeta 🩷 She is very responsive and was there anytime I had questions!
