staff attitude and food - remarkable!

I had an incredible stay! While the room and amenities were great, the real standout was the staff. From the moment I checked in, everyone was so welcoming and attentive. A huge shout-out to the front desk, It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality. I felt truly taken care of and will definitely be coming back!

The staff is amazing. All services are top quality with the professional attitude and on time! The hotel is clean and comfortable, rooms are noise-free, room service is excellent. Beds are extremely comfortable. Fantastic restaurant on roof top. All my requests and needs were met immediately and my stay was easy and comfortable as I wanted it to be. I felt pampered and taken care for. My friends used the SPA and said that the massages were excellent. I would definitely choose this hotel for all my stays in Belgrade.

I have been visiting Mona Plaza Belgrade for multiple business trips so far, and every time the hotel meets my expectations. The rooms are modern, spacious and perfect for business travelers. Cleanliness is spot on. Huge commends to the front desk staff for guest relations and hospitality. Underground parking garage is also available and is comfortable even for larger vehicles.

Fantastic hospitality and superb location

This is my second time here. Today is 12/2024, Last time was in 12/2022. Honestly it got better! Rooms are clean as always. Now I get slippers and a robe too? This place is the best. Showers are strong and hot. Windows are huge. Staff was very kind. I'm really happy to have come back. Breakfast was really well done! Location again is in the center of everything. Super safe and welcoming.

This huge apartment was fantastic. So incredibly clean, well stocked, great shower, laundry, huge living room, bedroom, and kitchen/ dining area. The elevator was so helpful and the location was very safe and convenient for ride share/ taxi pickups or walking. *shower was so luxurious! Hosts were so helpful and great communicators. Everything worked just as it should and when I needed help they were right there to help. Not overbearing at all but always available. AC and wifi and tv worked so well, fridge and freezer had lots of room. Honestly, I wouldn’t want to ever stay anywhere else in Belgrade. # traveled with my elderly mother, first time to Serbia, great shopping, eating, exploring, and fantastic hosts and home

We slept on our wedding night there, after partying like crazy, was very close to our wedding venue, room was super comfortable, staff was nice, we didn't wake up in time for breakfast, our friends said it was great. Great location, great value for your $$$

Attitude of hotel personnel is impeccable. Nothing it too much to ask for. Always smiling, very attentive to guests - the ladies from Lounge represent Serbian hospitality at it's best! Location of the hotel, the lounge view, top class facilities - these create a very unique experience. Special praise goes to Metropolitan restaurant, which converts into a true gourmet place in the evening. Amazing, when you really feel as a long waited and cherished guest, while actually being on a trip in a foreign country.
