Accessible Hotels in Kata Beach

We were extremely happy with this hotel: a large, clean room, a great view of the pool, a huge, comfortable bed, and incredibly friendly staff who are always ready to help. The hotel grounds are very well maintained, with beautiful lighting around New Year’s. There’s a decent gym, a sauna, and a meeting room. I was a bit worried about the Wi-Fi rating since I needed to work occasionally, but surprisingly, the Wi-Fi was very stable and fast throughout the entire property — in the room, on the balcony, and near the bar. We really appreciated that we were able to check in early, as the room was already ready. On check-out day, if you have a late flight, you can leave your luggage in the luggage room, continue using the pool, take a shower/restroom afterward, and even use beach towels for going to the beach, a very nice option (for free, of course)! The deposit of 3,000 THB or 100 USD is fully refundable, so no worries there. Breakfast was served at a nearby café, and we were happy with both the variety and the taste. We really didn’t want to leave.

Good location, value for money, friendly staff

Our stay was absolutely perfect! We highly recommend this hotel for its fantastic location and amazing staff. Situated between two stunning beaches—Kata Beach and Karon Beach, both just a 10-minute walk away—you couldn’t ask for a better spot. Plus, shops, restaurants, and bars are all around. The pool, while it might have seen better days, was still a relaxing spot to unwind. Our room was spacious, offered a beautiful view, and everything worked perfectly. Breakfast was decent, though nothing extraordinary. A special shoutout to Fat, one of the receptionists, who truly made our stay memorable. He was incredibly friendly, always willing to help, and had such a cool vibe. Thanks, Fat, for making our experience even better!

It’s a little paradise.. the view is so beautiful like you can stare hours and hours.. the location is perfect.. close to both beaches and to Kata center.. breakfast was very good and the view from the restaurant is amazing

I stayed in the Deluxe Avenue Wing, newly renovated, clean, comfortable and great facilities. It's in an amazing location just being a short walk away from Kata nightlife, markets and the beach!

Good placement in Karon, good gym (although some equipment is noisy), calm condominium, a lot of parking space. What was over our expectations - cleaning. In booking housekeeping was not claimed at all, but they provided cleaning two times in two weeks.

We spent 6 wonderful days in this hotel during October 2023. In general we had a great experience in the Princess SeaView Resort and Spa. I would like to share the next aspects of our accommodation in the hotel. 1. The room was clean and sunny. Every day hotel staff cleaned the room and renew 2 drinkable water bottles. The room itself was large enough for comfortable accommodation of 2 adults. The view of the Andaman Sea from our room balcony was astonishing. 2. The hotel had a free every half-hour transfer to and from Karon Beach. It is very convenient when you don't want or don't like to go to the beach on your feet. By the way, we usually walked to the Karon beach by ourselves. Not far from the hotel you can buy different Thai fruits. For instance, mango price was about 40-50 thai baht per 1 kg. 3. We liked buffet breakfast during our stay. It was included in out booking. Every day we had a good choice of different meals during the breakfast. 4. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. We always got required answers for our questions.

I loved the location. Short walk to the beach with many eateries along the way.

I stayed here 5 nights. It’s located perfectly across the street from Karon beach, with lots of shopping & restaurants to choose from, easy walking. My building (5) had a beautiful infinity pool with plenty of seating, sun & shade. Room was spacious with balcony, King size bed comfy, nice shower. Daily room service great too. Included breakfast has a fantastic assortment of foods, hot & cold, traditional Thai as well as regular breakfast eggs, sausages & loads of delicious fruits. Easy to arrange tours from here that have pick up & drop off right at the hotel. I went on an island hopping & snorkeling tour one day & Phuket big Buddha & city tour, both through Get Your Guide.

The location was very close to the beach. Everything was provided to have a great experience. The breakfast was really good as well. There were dirty stains on the bedsheets initially, but they quickly replaced them upon notice and cleaned our room well every day since. The restaurants - especially MINT, was priced nicely, the service was fast, and the food was delicious.

What can we say about Karon Sea Sands, Phuket other than it is the BEST!!!! We chose Karon Sea Sands to celebrate a very special birthday and they could not have made the whole stay more special. We cannot praise or thank Peanuts enough for not only organizing a lovely room for us but for her beautiful smile and conversation. She and Jane at reception were a delight and couldn’t do enough for us. The breakfast crew were equally as wonderful and we must make a special mention of Cherry and Yee who greeted us with a smile every morning. We have to say the breakfast spread rivelled any of the 5star hotels and Yee makes a mean omelette. He and Cherry surprised my husband with a ‘pancake cake’ complete with candle and a happy birthday song on his special day!! And of course the simply gorgeous On. What a beautiful, beautiful soul, like the others always with a smile and a hug, tirelessly tending to the rooms and checking if there was anything we needed. She overwhelmed us when we came home from the beach on my husband’s birthday to find a happy birthday message made from leaves and decorated with flowers and two elephants made from towels on the bed!! Unbelievable! We were deeply touched. It looked like art – so talented. Basically, what more could you want from a holiday. A lovely, relaxed hotel with huge, clean rooms, balcony and fridge with the most amazing people you could ever wish to meet and an amazing breakfast every day while being just across the road from the beautiful, clean, clear waters of Karon beach.
