Breakfast was great, location was excellent, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. The room was very comfortable.

the water in the pool is not quite clear. Need more chlorine maybe. the breakfast is ok. the room is huge, but the floor is slippery maybe because of floor wax

The Felix was a great place to stay, enjoyed the room (although the view of the river was obscured), and the pool. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

It was amazing experience in staying Prelude. Staffs are very nice and smiley. Especially breakfast was fantastic...well prepared and delicious. Great atmosphere. Sure we will recommend to our friends.

Very clean. They have everything. Beautiful garden. Swimming pool. Nice rooms. Staffs are hardworking, friendly and they can speak English. Service is like a 5star hotel’s. You’re offered drinks as soon as you arrive. They have porter who’s always there to carry things for you.

Excellence breakfast. The hotel made a customized option for us. It’s one of the best hotel breakfast i ever ate. We enjoyed it a lot. The location was superb. The river is just by its side. The room is very big with big bath tube. The facilities are perfect with big swimming pool. It’s very clean and not far from the city center. I enjoyed running along the river every morning. And, of course, the staffs are very kind and helpful. We will definitely visit the place again in the near future. Thanks for making our holidays perfect!

Design and the overall atmosphere are very nice and relaxing. Breakfast is minimal but tasty.
