If you are looking for a unique property this is it! Breakfast, staff,shuttle pick up, room, location- all amazing !! We walked to the bus to go skiing from the hotel.

From the start the staff was very helpful and comunicative. They helped us with every thing we needed. The apartament was very clean and had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. Long story short, I have nothing to complain. I warmly recommend Duman Safir Rezidans

We arrived very late over the night, the receptionist came ahead and helped us with the luggage and made the check-in process quick and smooth so we could go and rest. The room was spacious, clean, and beautiful, the bed and the mattress were super comfortable. After check out they let us leave the luggage at the reception and called us a taxi when we needed it.

The breakfast was really amazing and varied and came included. The whole hotel was extremely clean.

It’s a high end luxury hotel as you would expect from it. Perfect staff, quiet room. My only advice would be if you order room service you must try the club sandwich, it’s legendary. Also the Fettuccine pasta was amazing.

(actually stayed here November 2023) We were getting the dogu express which leaves Kayseri at 1am so we booked somewhere to rest so we didn't have to wait in the cold. Hotel is a very short 5 minute walk to the train station. Staff were really lovely and welcoming. When we explained we were leaving very early and wouldn't be there for breakfast they offered to make us a sandwich and this was ready for us as we left! Really kind of them and really great service. The bed was comfortable enough and the bathroom was clean if a little tired but it was perfect for what we needed.
