We had a good time in Full Kind Hotel. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful.

Everything is squeaky clean, and the staff are always smiling and welcoming. When I asked for an iron, it was brought to me immediately. The hotel is also making a genuine effort to follow sustainable, eco-friendly practices. This isn’t my first stay here, and it’s exactly for these reasons that I keep coming back.

Liked the vouchers for breakfast to try local places around the hotel, room was very spacious and clean, nice to have a cafe downstairs with coffee, water, and snacks, staff was all really friendly and helpful, free bikes to explore the beautiful coastal path, great location for restaurants and nearby night market.

Beautiful hotel in the most prime location in hualien. Upon entering I was blown away by the design of the lobby, mostly wooden elements that conveyed a sense a warmth. The front desk was quite busy so check in took a little longer than expected, but the staff were professional and friendly. Room was spacious and quite large for a standard room, the bed and pillows were some of the most comfortable I've slept on. Breakfast the next day was a semi buffet with some hualien specialties, not a huge variety but everything was good. Overall this hotel exceeded my expectations, I was surprised to see such a high end hotel here in Hualien. Due to earthquake onsen is under repair, and restaurants aren't fully open, looking forward to the official opening, I will surely be back again!

Very helpful staff! We had some issues with a Hualien Tour we booked and the hotel staff helped us & made sure we got to go. Rooms are as in pictures, a bit old-fashioned but clean & we had all we needed (water, kettle, toiletries & fridge) Breakfast was good and we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel after check out. Finally we were even dropped off at the train station for free!! We had a great stay, thanks a lot for the kind hospitality!

Very convenient location, will need to take the taxi from the train station to get there. Walking distance to the main boulevard and street market. Two Taiwanese breakfast locations within 3min walk. Has a hot top and shower, as well as a balcony however not much of a view (just faces another building). Very large and spacious. Of note there are stairs going up to the rooms and no elevator.

The most comfortable and unique hotel I've stayed at in a long time. Everything from the attention to design, amenities, ambiance was sublime. If I could, I would move into this hotel and live there fulltime.

The location was great, right near the main station. Was also a cheap uber to the local market, but also very walkable down there as well.

The room size is good, and clean enough The breakfast buffet is good, lots varieties. There is a drinking machine located at each floor There are 24 hours free coffee/tea/snack available.

Incredibly friendly staff, very clean and spacious room coming with bathtub. Very good value for money. Special mention to the incredible staff ! We had to leave 1 day earlier due to change of plan, we didnt ask for refund for the unused night but the lady at the reception insisted on refunding us. I’ve never seen this anywhere else in the world ! Thanks so much for this stay ! If you’re a foreigner visiting Taroko don’t hesitate to come to this place.

The room was spectacular! Recently remodeled, very clean, and very comfortable. There was a huge view of the ocean on one side of the room and another big view of the mountains on the other side - lots of light! Large room with a living room and very spacious bathroom with shower and jacuzzi (also with views of the ocean and mountains). Parking in the basement and elevator directly to our floor made it very convenient to bring our luggage. We can't say anything bad about our stay here!
