Great little stay by the MSP airport. Ended up here over night after a cancelled red eye to London. Nice pool and lovely staff.

I was turned away from a hotel directly infront of them at 12 am because i was not 21 and therefore could not check in. even though it was past their check in time staff member decided to still audit me themselves since the system wouldn’t be able to do it so that i would have a place to sleep. it was a blizzard outside and their generosity and customer service have greatly improved my stay at minneapolis.

Excellent support of my late check in, despite I arrived even later than I said everything was ready for a quick check in @ 1:20 AM, thank you!!! Next day staff was also super friendly. Rooms were big, clean and beds confortable.

This place is perfect. The hotel, the staff, the bar and restaurant - everything. The specialty cocktails were wonderful and unique. The room was beautiful, roomy, and very comfortable. How they get the R embossed on the TP is a mystery. Highly recommend!!

Having stayed here before we knew what to expect. The hot breakfast was quite wonderful as usual with a wide range of choice. The room was spacious and with a sofa and mini kitchen area. The staff were very courteous and helpful too.

When I got there I was greeted politely. Reginald checked me in very efficiently. Very pleasant atmosphere. Knowledgeable with any questions I had about amenities and hours.

Norma and the rest of the staff were incredibly helpful and kind. They go the extra mile to make your stay a pleasant one. Free coffee 24/7. Free breakfast. I'm am art curator and consultant who travels the globe for business. I'll happily stay here every time my work takes me to the Twin Cities.

The front desk staff was exceptional. The shuttle driver was flexible and courteous. Really appreciated the friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

This was probably the best hotel I've stayed. I usually book the same range price. Metro was near by so me and my son was able to explore. I love the quiet neighbourhood. Lots of trees around the hotel, place to chill in nature. Shuttle bus driver and staff was very friendly.

Size of the room is very good The location is perfect The pools is nice

They went out of the way for me and my kids to accommodate an additional bed for us, giving us the extra treats in the room for my kids. It was very special very nice and much appreciated it
