Margot went up and above from the moment we arrived! We have a lot of toddlers and she even secured a cart for me to take all the breakfast in one trip to my family. No other person had been this conscientious at any hotel. She was so personable and friendly, inquiring about our experience and so engaging with us all. Even after check out, there was an issue with our bill and took care of that immediately and followed up. We will definitely be returning to this establishment whenever in town for the holidays!

Everything about the property is beautiful

Everything about the hotel was great. We stayed from Friday to Sunday and loved how close we were to everything!

The hotel feels like an extension of Lexington and not just a place to rest your head. It’s beautiful and comfortable.

This hotel was the cutest place I’ve stayed in! Me and my best friend stayed for 1 night and absolutely loved the place! Our room was amazing and beautifully decorated as was the whole place! Highly recommend and the staff was great. The smell of the hotel was amazing! Very different from your regular hotel

Was close to everything we were going to and liked the onsite garage parking.

Great location to rupp arena which is why we stayed there. Friendly and helpful staff. I really liked how you have to use your room key for the elevator. Felt that was an added measure of security.

I love that the hotel had a valet parking that was great and plus it's connected to the rupp arena where you got to watch the wildcats get a win loved it great stay great people great prices

We attended a Kentucky football game so the location of this hotel was perfect. 1.2 miles from the stadium so just a little over 20 minute walk. This hotel was nice and clean especially considering what we paid. Great value!

The property was up to date and extremely clean. I stayed at the Lexington Hampton Inn on Tuesday night, November 25, 2025 and again on November 29. Both times the hotel was clean. On the front desk on Saturday evening was a young lady who greeted me cordially and even remembered my name. She is definitely a keeper. I will from now on recommend Hampton Inn. Julie Monnin
