I did not have breakfast while staying there! Hotel was very, very clean and spotless! Staff were very polite , professional and helpful! They sent me one text a day to make sure I am satisfied with my stay there and if I need anything ! Great !

I will give a 5 star Stellar Review to Veronica @ Front Desk , she made our stay very great! Even the 1st room had a little setback due to Toilet issue but Veronica was very prompt and timely to address the problem to move us to another room quickly and she does her job very efficiently and she seems so well-versed with her role , very professional and approachable and did great Customer service. Thank you Veronica!

we loved it so much, it was the second time we visited this property and each time better than the last the staff was incredible and they took amazing care of us,everything is new and clean and the design is spectacular, we had our puppy with us and i have to tell you that this place is a heaven for dogs and TRULY dog friendly,my husband got home and said let’s make a reservation for next year now

The room was clean and comfortable. The friendly staff greeted us each time we saw them. Very comfortable environment.

Beds where not comfortable, the breakfast was phenomenal so good! Location was great! Other than that no complaints nice place to stay

Customer service was excellent. I missed the name of the young lady that helped me on thanksgiving. No matter, I thanked her for working on a holiday. I will be back.

Best Western silicon valley. Ann was wonderful. Everything was clean safe and very affordable. The vending machines had the most affordable snacks I've ever swonderful. Wonderful, absolutely peaceful and wonderful. Must come again, we'll come again.

It was colorful and it made it so lovely. Room was clean and the breakfast was good. Staff was so helpful. All in all it was a perfect stay for us.

Manager and staff were extremely nice excellent customer service loved they had free breakfast and a microwave and refrigerator in room and mostly loved they had a washer and dryer free for your needs

The property is very close to corporate offices like Amazon, grocery stores like Whole Foods.

It was very clean and our room was spacious. It was also extremely close to Levi’s Stadium and Winchester house.

The pent house suite was very nice!
