The staff was so kind. I loved sipping an espresso overlooking the lake while reading. The dining room was being closed after breakfast, the staff insisted I stay and relax while they just cleaned around me.

We stayed in a two-bedroom cottage that came with a fully-equipped kitchen, two spacious bathrooms, and a cozy living room—an ideal setup for a family looking for a home away from home. The cottage was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and provided all the comfort and space we could ask for. Waking up to a hearty and delicious breakfast each morning was an added bonus that made the stay even more enjoyable. A heartfelt thanks to Shelly, John, and Sue, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a seamless and pleasant experience. Their warmth, hospitality, and attention to detail truly stood out. For anyone looking for a comfortable, family-friendly, and welcoming stay near Bradley Airport, I highly recommend this property. It’s not just a hotel—it genuinely feels like home.

I do not know why this location has only a 7.6. I stay at all levels of places and this was perfectly fine! Now granted, it was overnight during a holiday lull period, but it was comfortable and accommodating. It's right by the airport and a great place to crash for an early flight, especially for the flight. It's slightly dated and the TV is a little small. That's the only thing I could possibly think would cause that rating. Very clean, nice staff, no revolting smell of pot, quiet, nice about a pet, hot decaf coffee, gym......We will stay there again next time we have an early flight.
