Location was most convenient for my purpose of using the Metro.

Very nice and elegant property and location is very convenient. Good and professional reception service. Service staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is very nicely decorated, spacious and clean.

Believe it or not, even though I didn’t really enjoy the city of Chengdu, this hotel completely made my stay worthwhile. It is a high-quality hotel with very spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and a beautiful bathroom. While the view wasn’t particularly impressive, the room provided everything I needed. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety and great taste. What impressed me the most, how's, was the staff. They were extremely kind and accommodating, even allowing us a complimentary three-hour late check-out when they realized we needed extra time. This hotel truly saved our trip, turning what could have been a disappointing city visit into a wonderful experience. I highly recommend it!

From the moment we stepped out of the car, we were truly impressed by the grand atmosphere and exceptional service at this hotel. The welcome experience was seamless and warm, and we immediately felt well taken care of. A dedicated manager was assigned to look after us throughout our stay, and we were incredibly fortunate to have Ms. Meria Pan. She went above and beyond—helping us secure restaurant reservations, recommending places to explore in Chengdu, and providing thoughtful guidance. Even after we had left Chengdu for Chongqing, she continued to assist us, which was genuinely outstanding. The hotel room was spacious, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. We were allocated a room on the 40th floor with wonderful city views—especially stunning at night. The room amenities were excellent, from the quality of the bed and linens to the luxurious bathroom and thoughtful room setup. The location of the hotel was also a major highlight. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, and street food options right around the property, as well as convenience stores and mini marts just a short walk away. It made exploring the city incredibly easy and enjoyable. The concierge team was equally impressive. They kindly allowed us to store our luggage for several days while we travelled to Chongqing, which made our trip much more convenient. Their professionalism and willingness to assist added to the overall positive experience. We also visited the sky bar during our stay and enjoyed the cakes and drinks while overlooking the city skyline. The ambiance was fantastic, and the desserts were delicious—definitely worth trying. Overall, this hotel offers exceptional service, luxurious comfort, and a prime location. The staff, especially Ms. Meria Pan, made our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Chengdu.

Clean and spacious family themed room with two separate areas (bedrooms with bathrooms connected in the middle with living room). Hotel is build literally on the shopping mall and is connected right from the reception to the shops, which was great. Breakfast on the highest floor were tasty, with perfect view. Swimming pool was warm and nice (opened until 10 pm). They cleaned room every day, but if you skipped some day(s), there were "prices" for children available. The wifi was working great (much better then in other hotel in China), the staff was polite and speak little bit english. We were leaving late, so we left our luggage for 10 hours on the reception, which was not problem at all. Hotel was somewhere between the main Chengdu areas - 10-15 minutes by taxi to the center, and 10-15 minutes to the other side to the new business center with twin towers, global center and bamboo fountains. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Excellent place to stay near to the metro station literally 2 min walking, near to different attractions and the Staff is so Kind. The room was so big and We felt comfortable. Also they provide a great variety of food for the breakfast, I highly recommend this place in Chengdu.

Teddy bear is such a fun and easy place to stay. Perfect location for everything around with the bus station next door. Andy ( the owner ) was incredible, and helped us all along the way with getting up Emeishan and around town. If you have any questions, ask him. He has good English. The food is also delicious so teddy bear has all you need. We even got a mascot to take on our travels 🧸
