Excellent location with breathtaking view of the area. It is within a walking distance to the old town. The facility was very clean and the room well equipped. The bed was spacious and comfortable. The property is meticulous, from the cleanliness of the apartment to the accommodations. The pictures are exactly what you would expect. The rooms are spacious. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen adequately stocked to allow for eating in from time to time. The apartment is cleaned every 4 or 5 days. We stayed for 2 weeks in the 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment for the second time in two years. The apartment is perfectly situated in the centro storico of Perugia, surrounded by shops, museums, restaurants and cafes. Train, bus and taxi are easily accessible by a short walk. The host is most accommodating and assists with questions or making arrangements (my Italian is very limited). It feels like coming home!

Beautiful location and surrounding areas. Claudio was an exceptional host and gave lovely recommendations and told us about the history of the area. Went above and beyond for us.
