Our room was upgraded during our stay. Everything was perfect during our time there. Breakfast was also nice. It had different cakes and breads along with eggs and bacon. Spa was nice too even if you are with some guests during your reservation time.

Such a nice, comfortable hotel. We only stayed one night after a long trip in Italy, and I wish we would have spent more time in Murano at the NH. Maria at the spa made our stay even more special and was so friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Boutique Hotel Touring in Verona. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Perhaps only a small suitcase stand would be a nice addition, but it wasn’t an issue at all. The breakfast was delicious and diverse – a perfect start to each day. Overall, we feel we received much more than we paid for, in both service and experience. We had an absolutely excellent stay here. The staff were super accommodating and professional, the room was spotless and very nicely put together, and everything from check-in to check-out was seamless. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone.
