Great stay in Encamp. Convenient, clean, and comfortable at a good price

The staff was super-friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and everything worked fine. Very nice terrace. Very good breakfast.

This is an exceptional place. It is beautiful and elegant. We really loved everything about it: the food, the service, the place, and how friendly they are. We will definitely try to come back next year

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times when visiting Andorra to ski, and I’ve always had a great experience. This past weekend, I came for a solo trip and unfortunately had an accident while skiing that forced me to stop and return to the hotel early. Agustina at the front desk and Gabriela from housekeeping were absolutely incredible—so thoughtful, compassionate, and genuinely caring during a stressful moment. They helped me contact the ski rental shop to retrieve my boots and return my equipment, brought me ice for my leg, helped me pack, and even carried my luggage downstairs, among many other kind gestures. Beyond the exceptional service, the hotel is perfectly located near public transport (the Funibus), as well as shops and restaurants. The staff truly make this place special—they are welcoming, attentive, and a real pleasure to interact with. And the included breakfast is a lifesaver! A huge thank you to Agustina and Gabriela—you both went above and beyond and absolutely deserve a raise! 💸

Reasonable price, really close to the gondola. Comfortable beds

The room was excellent, very old-world, spacious, with big bath-tub, real glasses and cups, a plate of fruit, etc. The view is superb. It's walking distance from the gondola. It has comfortable sitting areas, ski storage, spa, restaurant, coffee bar - real hotel!

Very peaceful and comfortable place to stay if you wish to stay with your family.

Everything as the expectation

Special thanks to the staff, especially Gabriel. Everything was very detailed, they shared maps, helped with parking. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Awesome breakfast, good coffee, has lactose free milk. I was very satisfied, I recommend this hotel to everyone.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a good variety and was high quality. It has an in-house restaurant/bar that was convenient for our first night and for pre-dinner drinks; basic but tasty and good value.

Easy communication and check in, great modern apartment with great mountain views. Good wifi and kitchen. Most comfortable beds of our trip! I paid to park in basement garage, was worth it. Great price in a beautiful place. Wish we had stayed longer, would stay again.

The apartment building was quiet, clean, and about a 5 minute walk to the Encamp gondola and bus stop
