Pro:   - beautiful room, brand new interior - spotless clean - nice common area - very good mattresses  - 3 Min. walk to the beach - nice host and very attentive staff - great price-quality ratio

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is perfect, right between Ksamil and Saranda, making it easy to visit both. Parking is included, which is a big plus. There’s also a small, quieter beach just next to the property that’s absolutely worth visiting. The owners were very kind and always available to answer questions.

Very welcoming staff, nicely updated family owned hotel. Parking located across the street. Staff super friendly. Rooms clean with daily service. Breakfast restaurant located on breezy terrace. Variety of food options available. Another bonus is that you they have a nice espresso machine and will make you whatever you ask for and even bring it to your table. Side note: ask for waffles off menu ;) Convinent location close to beaches and the city center while avoiding all the chaos of staying right in town. Highly recommend to all. Thank you for your hospitality, smiles, good conversations with George and his brother.

We had the most wonderful 2 weeks stay at Villa Beka as a family of 3. The whole Villa was stunning, spacious and had incredible views from the windows/ large balcony. Check-in was simple and the Villa has a driveway to easily park your car. The whole place was super clean, furniture was well maintained and the kitchen was fully equipped. The shower was excellent, with strong shower pressure and instant hot water. The beds were also very comfortable! The host stayed in the apartment for a few days and they invited us over for amazing Albanian food, they were so welcoming. They also gave us some homemade honey and lemons from the tree. We could have stayed here for a month easily as the whole place was just comfortable and felt like home. There was the most beautiful beach (shown in photos) which is a 6 minute walk from the Villa, it was very quiet and the water was so clear. The location is great if you want to visit Sarande town or Ksamil - it's only a 13 minute drive to each place. There is also a bus stop which a couple of minutes walk from the Villa. A fantastic stay overall and would recommend if you wanted to visit Ksamil, Butrint, Blue Eye and Sarande town :)
