Location is easy to access beach, markets, exchange offices and estaurants. You can have free parking spot which is really important in the region. Receptionist lady is keen to help you for your comfort. Her English is fluent. She also prepared a to do list for us in our upcoming visit to Berat. We took advantage of that list and also enjoyed in Berat. Room that we stayed was 101, it was big and comfortable. Beds and furnitures were new. Decoration within the hotel and restaurant were also modern and nice. We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner at the restaurant. Although there were plenty of restaurants by the sea coast, ours was the most attractive and good for the value.

The impeccable service and hospitality of your staff made our vacation amaizing. We were very impressed by the responsiveness of you and your staff from the planing stage till the end of our retreat. The room was very spacious and clean. Receptionist is also very kind and helpful. I contacted the hotel several times before with questions and always received a prompt and nice answer. The staff is very helpful and friendly.
