Accommodations in Vermosh

What a nice surprise to find this small family-run set of cabins right on the road in the middle of the Albanian mountains. I was just looking for an overnight but stayed a few days. The amenities are simple but you have everything you need. There were no other guests at the time so it was very peaceful. I was offered breakfast but as I had food of my own I told them not to worry about it. My host Mateo speaks English and was available if I needed help. He will make a great hotelier one day as his service skills were exceptional.

Everything! The manager, Marc, is the best. Our room is perfect and the area is very peaceful, in the middle of nature.

Got a lot more than I expected

Hotel Kelmendi was an amazing stay and the staff working there was extremely nice and hospitable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an amazing experience and place to stay.

I wish I knew this place is going to be this great before coming. Stayed only one night and it felt pitty that we had to leave. The owner was very friendly and nice. The whole place is new, still in progress, but overall it has all you need. Also, there is a telescope to watch the moon at night.

A simple, family-run guesthouse. The family is very kind and welcoming. The cabins are well-equipped and comfortable. If anything is missing—like hot water for coffee—you can simply ask. All the food is homemade on-site: cheeses, pies, bread, etc. The food is simple and tasty. If you’d like something specific (like soup or fish, for example), it’s best to request it around noon—they’ll prepare it if available. The atmosphere is wonderful—quiet and relaxed. We stayed for two nights.

The hosts were extremely kind and helpful when we got ourselves into a sticky situation. The apartment was beautiful and spotlessly clean. It was perfect for our family. We loved the beautiful location in the mountains. It was only five minutes from the border and about 20 minutes from the nearest town, which has restaurants, gasoline, and ATMs. We crossed that border three times and there was never a wait. Our four children loved the sheep and the cat that was hanging around. we would definitely stay here again.

I was genuinely surprised by the warmth and hospitality at Suka Mkushit. The host family was incredibly welcoming, the food was delicious and homemade, the villa was spacious and well decorated and the surrounding nature was breathtaking. It’s located in a beautiful valley in Kelmend- peaceful, untouched, and full of charm. And little Zara, the sweetest dog, made the stay even more special. A hidden gem worth experiencing

the location is perfect. it is very close to a lot of hiking trails. the staff was more than kind and very welcoming. rooms are clean and well equiped. in the morning of our checkout our car broke and the hotel manager was so helpful , helping us communicating with the care rent company and they also hosted us in their hotel until the car was replaced. the food was also very good, all home made and tradional

Adorable hosts. Incredible view. Friendly farm animals. Toys for children. Beautiful brand-new rooms, all in wood.

It was simply gorgeous. Pristine views of the valley and mountains. The room was clean and comfortable and well-stocked with thick blankets and pillows, plus robes and toiletries! The host was very gracious and cooked delicious meals for us. They also had a very sweet dog!
