Accommodations in Gyumri

I was surprised with the decor, cleanliness , pool, sauna, I counted 5 restaurants in one location , near to the city center , jewellery , dental services , museums cultural center, cinéma and churches very near !! The staff were also very kind , helpful generous ! I highly recommend !! ♥️♥️♥️

Excellent choice hotel. Perfect location near the square and sights. Room was small but has everything we needed. Staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a nice spread with fruit cheese and meats and few hot dishes.

The staff are so kind, friendly , approachable and so as the manager Mr. Seyran. The location is good. The room is also nice and clean. The breakfast is wonderful.

We were pleasantly surprised by a complimentary upgrade by the team of wonderfully hospitable staff and were very well taken care of. The next day was my husband's birthday and Yeranuhi, Elita and Arthur made sure we had a nice compliment in the room and that our overall stay was very pleasant and enjoyable. Thank you so much!!!

Perfect place to enjoy your rest. We loved the place and the location. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

The hostel is nicely located, close to Vardanants Square. The facilities and equipment available is new and the owner makes sure you have everything you need for your stay. You can see he cares about the client experience and he wants to make sure everybody feels comfortable. The beds are great and you get a full curtain for maximum privacy which is always appreciated. The owner makes himself easily available in case of questions or concerns and he communicates quickly. I highly recommend staying here for your next stay if you enjoy budget travelling and dorms.

Best location, excellent accommodation, top notch cleanliness, excellent customer service, excellent value, everting is close by, excellent breakfast,I highly recommend this place to anyone. The hotel has only 6 units, book ahead of time.

I stayed in Gyumri for one night, and I'm so glad I chose to stay at the Kotun guesthouse. The location is very central -- less than 10 minutes to downtown on foot -- the accomodations are clean and modern, and the guests were all very friendly. I will definitely stay here again in the future and can't recommend it enough!

Location was perfect, 2 mins from main square, walk to everything. Very clean, looks all new. Rooms are lovely and clean. Great hot shower with lots of pressure. WIFI good. Breakfast was amazing, so much food. Hosts were very friendly, we arrived early and we were able to leave our bags and were contacted when the room was ready. Beds are very comfortable, good linens. Hosts very friendly, immediate response to any queries. If I return to Gyumri this is where I would definitely stay.

The apartment is huge - one of the few places we've stayed that truly has enough space for our large family of seven - four separate bedrooms, three bathrooms, and laundry area, kitchen/dining, and a large hall. The place was clean and well-furnished, and the host was timely with their communication - check-in and check-out were simple and easy.
