We loved the location and the views. The sunsets were beautiful. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen contained all the equipment needed. There was an immediate response from the emergency number. Very clean.

Everything, even though the apartment is above ground the aircons keep the room cool and the size was excellent

The property was comfortable, roomy and of course … underground! It’s really well set up with the bathroom up front, but the living room and master bedroom are back into the hillside. Bed was very comfy (definitely on the soft side). Washing machine worked great, clothes dried pretty quickly on the provided drying rack. The covered parking was nice.

After a 13hr drive with a 5 year old and 2 dogs, this was truly welcome respite for the 2 nights we spent there. Cool in the midst of some significant heat, tidy and clean and with all the comforts we hoped for, it was a lovely refuge from which to acclimatise and explore before we headed further north.

We spent a wonderful two nights in this luxurious below-ground accommodation option. It was huge (so much bigger than we anticipated) and yet cozy at the same time. Every little thing had been anticipated by the owner, Jo, and made for a really nice stay. As a coffee drinker, I appreciated the various types of coffee available (espresso/decaf/instant/bags), and the little nibbles that were provided. The unit was situated just a couple of mins drive from the main shopping area of town, and just a short walk from the public "noodling" area, which is a very fun thing to do at night (armed with the blue torch, which is also provided in the unit). The inclusion of both a washing machine and dryer make this accommodation a serious long-term option!
