Everything! Exceptional stay. First, the staff from each department was beyond amazing with their service and care. The front desk personal were so kind with my parents and caring. The restaurant staff service and attention were extrordinary. Second, the hotel facilities are spectacular and modern, our room was very big, and the beds very comfortable. Finally, for transportation to the Brussels airport you have the option by taxi or shuttle bus and the distance is less than 10 min. In addition, tbis hotel is within 6 min walking distance to Diagem train station so you can connect with Brussels North, central or midi in less than 10 minutes. Definitely is a property to come back!

Very convenient for the work purpose that we had to attend. The course was organized in the lobby of the hotel so we just had to descend. What’s more, we also had an update for our room, which is always nice. The hotels in this chain are always so beautifully decorated and have a particular, warm ambiance that’s so special.

This family (father & daughter) run boutique hotel is run with a central focus on supporting travellers. The staff's kindness is amazing and extends far beyond what one can reasonably expect. "Restaurant closed? No worries, we'll get you something to eat." "Need to be at the airport at 5:30? No worries, we'll get you there. We'll prepare you a packed breakfast you can eat later at the airport." Perfect as a Brussel's airport hotel, but we will stay there again, even if we are not flying. Excellent restaurant. I loved the hotel. Excellent facilities, staff, rooms and super clean.

Room was clean. The city center is quite far away. Note that there is no grocery shop in the nearest neighbourhood.

Everything was unexpectedly good!

Comfortable bed, tea-pot, towels, mini-refregerator for short stay. If you want to visit Center of Brussels, that's the best option ever! Train station 2min from the hotel and train stops exactly right here. Shuttle bus to/from airport is included (Every 30 min to/from airport: sharp and half ex nh and every 15/45 min from airport). At the reception you'll get all info needed, map of Brussels and some advises as well.

Comfy, spotless rooms, close to the airport come with friendly and nice staff. Great option for catching a flight the next day.

room was a good value for the money, host was onsite most of the time and responded quickly to any issues. room was good size and had an adaquately stocked kitchen. grocery store was close

Well located property with everything you need to find around walking distance. Public transportation, taxi, airport, restaurants and shops. Apartment is big with comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen and nice terrace and a living room. Host is very responsive and pleasant to communicate. Recommended to stay.

Shops nearby. Underground parking is very practical. The apartment is bright and spacious. Nice view from living room.

I personally enjoyed how clean and neat everything were , definitely a must if you want a room to crash out after a long flight ( really close to the airport )
