Very comfortable bed, welcome rose, friendly staff, free parking, amazing location, insect nets, very stylish hotel that smells like fresh flowers.

Beautiful hotel with a spacious room and comfortable bed. The staff were super friendly and pleasant. The hotel is a short walk to restaurants and shops and wineries also very accessible!

The staff were SO helpful. They are the stars of the show.

The building, including the room, fitness, halls, etc., looks very clean and new. The people - main reception, The Club reception, and the restaurants - are amazingly polite and friendly.

We didn’t want to leave! The room was incredible, quaint, adorable. The lavazza coffee was delicious, the complementary glass bottle of clean water was above and beyond (this comes from someone who buys mountain valley spring water in a glass bottle when they travel). And there was a robe for everyone to wear as well :) Plus you get a free wine tasting at Peller Estate Winery (right next door)!

just localized greatly with the Niagara nearby. The room was absolutely stunning and comfortable with a lovely chimney, which gives such a homecoming feeling.

The location was excellent, a 10-minute drive to the shops and many wineries. It is a very comfortable place to stay, the breakfast was wonderful, and the hospitality of the hosts was fantastic. There is a very nice outside patio, and the gardens are beautiful. The location is very private and easy access. I would definitely stay again.

Great location, lovely apartment space and fabulous host! The balcony patio area was a great touch to enjoy in the evenings with a glass of wine from the region!

The location is ideal-walking distance to shops/restaurants. Staff were simply fabulous and made sure we were taken care of. We really appreciate the historical integrity of the hotel.

The apartment was extremely spacious and well-decorated. The bathrooms were excellent - in particular the en-suite, which was breath-taking. The location was perfect - right in the main street and within a few minutes walk of local eateries and sights. Parking was right by the apartment front door and very easy to find. If I return to Ontario for a longer trip then I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

We like the property is very accessible to all stores and restaurants! The place is superb ,cozy ,very secure and very clean ! Everything is perfect !

Phil was a fantastic host, breakfast was delicious, the grounds and home are lovely and so close you can walk or bikeride to everything in town.

It was right in the heart of town and we could walk everywhere.
