Very friendly staff, great size of the room

This hotel is beautiful and has such a strong history. The original property was established in 1832 and since then it has changed many times including having a 24 hour restaurant! Make sure that you chat with Leanne during your stay. She really knows the area and the property.

Breakfast was top notch, the staff was extremely accommodating, even putting us in touch with their tech person when we had trouble logging on to the internet (it was a new system). I love the med. and soft pillows, and the beds are so comfortable!

Very conveniently located and a good value. The staff was friendly and suggested a number of interesting and unique sites in the Saint John area. The breakfast was great, and the room and bath were very clean. So glad we stayed there.

This was the perfect location for the road trip I was on. The room allowed space to spread out and get organized after being on the road for 4 days. There were restaurants and a grocery store nearby, as well as beaches to unwind on.

Loved how close the property was to everything, we were there for a curling tournament, the rink was about 10 minutes away and we had plenty of food choices within walking distance to hotel, also liked the many stores that right there, very convenient

The host were fantastic. So friendly and helpful. They offered to bring our bags upstairs. Shortly after I checked in I dropped a heavy water bottle. Sebastian can upstairs and politely knocked on my door to make sure I was okay. The breakfast was wonderful and Doreen’s even gave us banana bread to take with us. It was in a good location where you could walk to restaurants.

Nice location, no stairs, so it was easy to transport my luggage. The bed was really comfy, and the view was nice.

This property was perfect. Id call it a bachelor + a kids room. Little side yard where kids could play. Comfortabe for our family of 4, Queen bed in the main area and a twin over double in the "kids room". We also noticed the couch was a pull out so it would be suitable for bigger families. Had all the amenities we needed. Is close to the Saint John Market which was great. Also a playground near by as well. We would definitely stay here again. The price was amazing as well !
