United StatesThe staff are very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. They made a point to talk to us and make sure we were enjoying our stay, and gave us good recommendations of places to go. The breakfast provided included freshly-made bread and scrambled eggs and was very good.

Very friendly staff and the hostel is located in a beautiful village in the mountains. Cheap accomodation, comfy beds with everything you need: a shower and there's a shared kitchen available. Recommend to stay here. The breakfast is included and well done!
They are also very helpful with getting extra fuel for the car. You pay double compared to the gas station, but that makes sense considering the location.

Very friendly. The lodge is run by a small family. We had the feeling that they put in alot of passion. The improssion we got was very professional, keeping in mind that Putre is at 3200 meters of altitude. They tried their best to talk to us, even though our spanish was realy poor. The food was realy good! We enjoyed the stay even though we had a cold shower, we are not sure if we should have done something differently to get warm water....we can highly recommend it.

The owner was very kind and helpful. We were given lots of useful information of all the sights we could go visit and where in the village to go for food. Great hospitality, lovely breakfast. We would love to cone back and stay at Terrace Lodge again.

Raizal, the host, was really nice, and very accommodating. We communicated via Whats App, and things worked out fine. The accommodation was very close to the bus station, which was good for me. It was nice that there was bottled water available. The room was clean.
